Zak Orlando

Zak Orlando is a third-generation Bay Area native with deep roots in San Francisco, where his grandmother grew up. In 2024, Zak began his journey into commercial real estate, driven by a passion to connect his past with the future of San Francisco’s vibrant community. He is dedicated to learning the city in a personal way, understanding its neighborhoods, and connecting with the local community.

With a degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University, in 2020, Zak’s experience as a construction manager in heating and air conditioning, in both residential and commercial settings, gave him invaluable insight into real estate within the Bay Area. This hands-on experience ignited his interest to start a career in real estate while strengthening his focus on the importance of story in regards to client’s needs.

He is committed to delivering exceptional service by tailoring solutions that align with each client’s vision and goals. With a focus on transparency and clear communication, Zak strives to be a trusted partner throughout every step of the real estate process.

Outside of his work in real estate, Zak enjoys personal studies and reading. He also loves spending time with friends over tabletop games and thrives through the challenge of recreating traditional recipes into vegan-friendly dishes for his partner to enjoy.
