Joshua Han

Joshua Han graduated from the University of San Francisco (USFCA) with a B.S. in Biology and was also commissioned Army Officer all on the same day. Before graduating Joshua worked at Starboard to become a real estate agent, not long after graduation, Joshua earned his license.

During his time at Starboard, he got to learn the back-end of how real estate works, from the detail-specific listing process to creating call lists for brokers. Once Joshua got his license, he hit the ground running and has been procuring deals left and right, working alongside senior brokers, and continuing to build his name in the real estate world.

Joshua believes that communication and effort are the keys to bringing the best possible service to a client. Being able to effectively and actively communicate with clients and show clients the effort he is putting into getting their deals closed has brought the attention of Landlords, Tenants, Buyers, and Sellers to his door.
