Barry’s work over the years includes representation of several premiers buildings in San Francisco including 600 Montgomery Street (Transamerica Pyramid), 530,000 sq.ft.; 505 Sansome Street (Transamerica Center Two), 210,000 sq.ft.; 1700 California, 75,000 sq.ft.; 1200 Van Ness Avenue, 180,000 sq.ft.; 25 Van Ness Avenue (120,000 sq.ft.), 310 Townsend (80,000 sq.ft) among others.

In addition to Barry’s Landlord and Tenant representation, he is very active in investment sales. Barry obtained his California Real Estate License in 1977 and his Broker’s license in 1992. He obtained his BA from REED College in Portland Oregon in 1980 after attending UCSD and Dartmouth Colleges and obtained his Juris Doctor of Law in 1984 from Vermont Law School.
Barry has been affiliated with many local and regional associations including membership in the American Bar Association, Idaho Bar Association, Real Estate Industries Council, AJF and local BOMA Association. He is often quoted in the San Francisco Chronicle and relied upon as a source of information for news breaking stories in the real estate arena.
